Comfort Zone band members come from a variety of backgrounds, but the roots for Vinnie Gentile and Ed Goode clearly stem from jazz. Vinnie & Ed regularly do jazz duo dates, playing standard jazz classics. Ang Frazetta joins in for trio settings, bringing tasteful percussion to the mix.
Vinnie has a chance to express his jazz roots with beautiful vocals and excellent keyboard playing, supported by Ed's expressive bass lines and Ang's intricate drums. As a duo or trio, Zoned Out has been well received at area jazz and blues clubs. Keep an eye out for upcoming dates, which will be listed along with the regular Comfort Zone gigs!
